Shipping policy

Please expect potential delays due to external factors affecting shipping carriers and supply chains.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International locations

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 12–48 hours (Monday to Friday, before 12:00 PM CST), excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the next business day.

All orders are subject to verification and may be delayed in case of fraud alerts or address issues.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx depending on the selected option at checkout.

Available options:

  • Ground Shipping (5–7 business days)

Overnight shipping is not available.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

Free Ground Shipping is available on orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts), within the continental U.S. only.

This offer:

  • Does not apply to non-continental U.S. territories

  • Cannot always be combined with promotions

  • May result in longer delivery times

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

Tracking updates may take several hours to appear.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Perron Rigot Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

Customers must contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) directly to file any claims.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

Fraud Prevention

All orders are subject to verification. We may request additional information (ID, payment details, professional license) before processing an order.
