Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Due to automated order processing, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt (valid invoice required). Restocking fee applies.

To be eligible:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact and suitable for resale

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)

  • Warmers (unless defective)

Warmers Warranty

Warmers may be exchanged only in case of manufacturer defect within 1 year of purchase (valid invoice required).

Return Authorization (RMA)

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returning any product.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to 30 days for returns to be received and processed.

Distributor Purchases

If you purchased products from an authorized distributor, you must contact them directly. Perron Rigot Inc. cannot process returns or refunds for distributor purchases.
